This soup is just so delicious and full of hearty vegetables for a healthy winter. Good food to warm the soul. I have made this every week for the last 3 weeks. Each time I have done something a little different.
This recipe was shared and recommended by a work colleague. I am one of those people who likes to add and omit ingredients as to what I have already in the pantry or fridge. I also like to add more veggies to add more nutrients and a heartier soup.
